"Finding quick reliable Marine service for your boat in many marinas is tough, and in Key West, even harder but I must say that I called Mobile Marine Mechanic KW on Monday due to another company blowing me off and not returning or responding after initial contact…and they were a referral from another good company I’ve had success with so I was kinda bummed but researched the web and I’m glad I did.
I found Mobile Marine Mechanic KW and they had great reviews the owner had recently responded to the reviews- which shows they care about their customer reviews…a big plus and a sign of an organization that is well organized! They not only were communicative but also prompt. I sent them a pic of my issue and the next morning they were at my boat and had part off and a new part on, plus looked at a couple of other items and squared those away too!
The tech/owner Matt Graf is a former 20yr Veteran and it showed…was prompt, and polite, didn’t screw around on the clock BSing on his phone or long smoke breaks while adding to the hourly bill, and was very transparent about the issue. I’m a vet too so I appreciate his service to our country and he did an excellent job!
